Here's How It Works

After we receive your completed rental package,
 (Completed Rental Application, Income Documentation, ID. Etc.)

You tell us what you are looking for and we will customize a search that matches your property requirements, with all of the available properties listed in the *MLS (Multiple Listing Service).*Membership to the MLS is not available to the general public. 
Only licensed Real Estate Brokers and Agents who pay an annual membership fee are allowed access to these properties. As our client, you will have immediate access to all of these properties.  
Once we find properties that meets your criteria we will email you a list of them for you to review. When you see one you like, we will schedule an appointment to show you the property in person. After you have viewed the property, you can decide if you would like us to submit your rental application package and proceed with the rental process. We will also assist you in getting your credit report. (Completely free in most situations.)

We will help you through the entire process.

We will also contact the potential landlords or brokers on your behalf, with your specific questions or concerns before you apply to avoid any possible issues you may be concerned with, BEFORE you actually apply.
(Credit Issues, Employment Issues, Income Issues, etc. )

How Is It Free?

Simple, we charge your new landlord instead of charging you. Each property listed on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) offers a commission to the Broker representing a potential renter. As long as we exclusively represent you as your real estate broker, and you rent one of the properties that we provide you through the MLS, there is absolutely no charge to you for any services we provide!* 
 We receive our entire commission from the Broker or Landlord listing the rental property on the MLS.

This is how we can provide this incredible service and support, at no cost to you.

*NOTE: You are responsible to pay any and all third party fees such as credit reports and background checks. Free Find A Rental does not provide these services! We simply assist you in the process of gathering the variety of necessary documents which are commonly requested by LandLords. .These fees may vary depending on the Landlord.
Example - The LandLord may not always accept the credit report you provide and require you to pay for an additional credit report they request from their chosen credit report provider.
