 The fastest and easiest way to get your application approved is to provide the following information as quickly as possible. The rental market is very competitive and your application can easily be sent to the bottom of the pile if not complete, especially if someone else has supplied a complete application package for the same property.

1. Fully Completed Rental / Lease Application ( Nothing Left Blank! ) 

2. Copy Of Credit Report ( Recent Within 30 Days )

3. Copy Of Pay Stubs ( Most Recent 2 Months )

4. Copy Of Drivers Lic. ( Not Expired ) 

5. Copy Of Social Security Card

6. Copy Of W2's ( Most Recent 2 Years ) 

7. Copy Of Bank Statements ( Most recent To Verify Direct Deposit )

8. Copy Of Social Security Award Letter ( If Applicable )

9. Copy Of Child support Award Letter ( If Applicable )

10. Copy Of Section 8 Voucher ( If Applicable )

11. Authorization Letter  / Direct Phone Number To Human Resources To Verify Employment For Large Corporations or Government Workers. ATT, Boeing Etc.
